Sen. Steve O’Ban and Rep. Mark Harmsworth host news conference to discuss Sound Transit bills
Sen. Steve O'Ban, R-University Place, and Rep. Mark Harmsworth, R-Mill Creek, host a news conference to discuss Sound Transit related legislation that has been prevented from progressing by the majority party. Some of the bills include: cutting car-tab fees by 55 percent, direct elections of Sound Transit Board members, and forcing Sound Transit to go back to taxpayers for approval if the agency spends more than the $54 billion budgeted for the ST3 project.
