Rep. Mark Harmsworth discusses car tab taxes on KIRO radio with Dori Monson

Rep. Mark Harmsworth, R-Mill Creek, appears on the Dori Monson show on KIRO and addresses the Sound Transit tax that has caused the fees for car tabs to skyrocket for motorists. He discusses two bills — one in the House, one in the Senate — that would cause vehicle taxes to be assessed at a car's fair market value rather than the MSRP currently used by the state.
